At this one lecture, Nick Mallet called him a stupid idiot who doesnt know the first thing about rugby...not much more about sport either. Its been time for him to be booted for a while now. He is more concerned with the number of blacks in a team, than with sport or its development at grass roots. IOW a transformation extremist who holds back teams that qualify for the Olympic Games if they dont meet transformation criteria.
