I had on mumerous occassions posted a complaint with MTN as to signal problems in the rosherville area Cleveland especially in the work place are, i was told that they would investigate yet nothing was done, and these complints were lodged last year already, Most of my Colleagues who use MTN at work complain of very bad signal, customers constantly complain that we do not answer our calls, although we do not even receive missed calls, and this is bad for the type of business that we are in. I even lgged a call with our IT Department whom cannot come up with an eplanation. other service providers are not affeted it's only MTN WHY:
