Buy your own mini pets

This is kinda stupid....buying in game pets with RL money o_O

Either Blizz is losing a lot of players and trying to make up for lost profits buy selling pets, enabling faction transfers and sex changes or Blizz is very greedy -.-

Well they sit on a gold mine, just making the best of it while it lasts for as long as it lasts. Good business for them.

Yes, but not all MMO's have a monthly subscription like WoW has. Maybe this is one of Blizzard's attempts to see how popular such a store might be to generate an income in lue of making the MMO free to play (but buy certain things with real money like other MMO's)

Perhaps then, when their new MMO comes out, make WoW free to play.

Or even better, their new MMO has these mechanisms in place and would be free to play.... who knows... :)
 
The money goes to a charity.. well some of it. I want that mini litch. haha.. he is soooo cool.
 
i doubt it, would be awesome if they made the mmo(s) like that.
 
I doubt they will make WoW free...that would mean 10million players paying $10 (I think) less income...that's a whopping $100 000 000 less :eek:

Microtransactions, inc ****fest.

I don't mind it but it feels so much like those ****ty free Korean MMO's where you can buy all the **** for your char like gear etc.
 
I bought myself the Pandren. The idle animation is very cool.

Whats nice is the pets are BoA so buying it once means every toon you create gets the pet.

I dunno, saw him out in PVE one of our guildies has him. I might buy one of them at the end of the month.
 
Mini Lich does cackle every time you get a killing blow in pvp as well as kill critters on approx. 3 min CD.

The Pandaren Monk will return any /bows made to him.

Both are truely epic :)
 
These pets are BoE right? So you can buy them and sell them ingame?
