I'm afraid not. They are Bind on Account though, so even if your old level 80 Tauren warrior has them, the gnome mage you create in 2 weeks will also receive it via the mail.

Lol 10-15 years ago I would have told them I just bought the latest Tamagotchi. We have being paying for virtual things for far longer than that

Yes true but there are still people even today that dont understand how someone can pay for something that is not really. As in playing too play wow. People dont understand it.
