Buying a car - VAT

Hi, I've seen some reasonable cars from dealerships on auto trader. I wanted to find out since I primarily live in zambia, and I purchase a car (cash) would they remove the Vat part? Or how do you claim it?

I believe you need to claim it back from SARS: http://www.sars.gov.za/TaxTypes/VAT/Pages/VAT-Refund-on-Exported-Goods.aspx
