Buying a Couch

ill tell you why i mentioned mouse. my neighbour ,around 60 metres away used to keep lots of snakes and he bred mice .one day while he was at work a python got loose and knocked over the mouse breeding tanks ,he said around 300 mice got out .well i found plenty in my couch in my sub woofer even in my leather jacket lining i considered burning the house down .just one mouse in a house causes devastation especially inside of furniture .it wasnt pretty he carried every piece of furniture out of his house to cleanup .my furniture consists of only a 3 seater leather couch that was easily accessible to them ,we took it outside and sucked them out with a vacuum cleaner .2 weeks was all it took for chaos .
 
I need a dark couch that looks good on camera and is resistant to protein stains and also waterproof.

Any recommendations?

I can do the frames. More than capable. Just not the bendy stuff which requires the wood to be steamed. The challenge is the cushions, will need to check what it will cost to make, unless I take up some sewing.

Struggled finding exactly what I wanted, ended up getting a 3 seater from Zorora and a big plush corner unit from Coricraft for the upstairs tv room.

Happy with the 3 seater, still waiting for the Coricraft one as I only ordered it 2 weeks ago.
 
So after a lot of back and forth, pros and cons, looks vs comfort, budget that is not actually available anymore.... We are considering to pull the trigger on this one:
