Buying a domain from Uniforum

Can anybody tell me what the correct procedure for buying a co.za domain from uniforum is?
I sent an application maybe about a month ago, and received too emails back, one stating that there was no entry in the name severs and two that I had got the telephone number format wrong, so 2 weeks ago I fixed the numbers and had my domain entered into my hosts name servers and set off the application again, and have heard nothing in the past 2 weeks....
I assume they would invoice me for the payment?

you will hear something back within about 5 mins max. need proper name servers that has the DNS Zones created for that domain and then simply send that form of uniforum to them. if it dont work should get email saying whats wrong or why it Failed.

Send the application through again, now that the name is registered on your hosting account, they can point the domain somewhere.

I went through the procedure last night. From sending the .txt application it was +- 5mins for them to reply with "COZA: OKAY: New domain "blablaxyz.co.za" added".

About an hour later I could browse www.blablaxyz.co.za. (hosted at lunarpages)
