Very nice area, very good price for the land. Did you buy a plot and build or was there pre-existing buildings?

I see some pieces of land for under 100k! I bought a steal of a deal, a subdivded farm, with a farmhouse, dairy, workshop, cottage and shed. I moved in with no keys, power, water or electrical certificate.

No real land claims down here, I think they stop around the Fish River. We have had one fire up on the roads in 10 years!!! Sometimes when the EFF put their minds to it a couple roads get blocked and burnt in surrounding towns, but usually opens daily.
