Yup, if ABSA's (my bank) offer don't match Nedbank's then I'll definitely go in and query it, luckily I know someone at ABSA that might be able to assist me. It's either that or they lose me as a client and I move over to Nedbank, Nedbank will also lower the interest rate if I do that, will then be 9.40%.
The banks work together (and if to many applicants at one bank approved for one month, the start declining, giving other banks also work).
I wont move banks just for a homeloan at another bank. If you have a flexi bond (just keep pushing as much if you can into that) ... you will save on interest in the long run !
