What do you need the pc for?
Seconded, depends on what you need the PC for? Gaming, office work, MS Paint...?

Well, taking a gander at sheer specs... They're practically the same?

Option 1 has the least RAM between the two but it has the stronger CPU (only by a bit anyway).
Option 2 has the most RAM between the two but it has the weaker CPU (only by a bit...)

Option 1 is also cheaper...

You might as well just buy Option 1 and buy an extra stick of RAM and GPU (if you want to game anyway). Otherwise just buy Option 1 itself

Option 1 as is - norrafok
Option 2 as is - slightly less norrafkok

Option 1 has almost no RAM and a mechanical HDD. If you buy this, budget for a 16GB RAM upgrade and an SSD.

Option 2 has slightly more RAM and a mechanical HDD. If you buy this, budget for a 8GB RAM upgrade and an SSD.

****, forgot about the SSD for C: but a mech HDD is good too for a second drive to store games and ****.

I disagree on the RAM, 8GB RAM is enough IMO unless the guy plans to play games at 4K 900FPS

hi guys sorry for the delay i want to play some games and watching movies surf the net

eish not good, is there something very close to being good for that amount LOL

It will be difficult.
Your best bet is to go used, and make your peace with playing older games at reduced settings for now and then upgrading piece by piece as time goes on. Most of us have been there and it is possible.

To be honest, even though I think PC gaming is best, you would be better served buying an XBox Series S and a Chromebook.
