Ahh, that sucks. Thing is, i've still got the merchant slip of where i bought it and the amount, but the ink on that thing has practically all but faded, so not sure if they'll accept it. Suppose it might be worth a try.

Give it a try in-store. Otherwise I can fix it @ a reasonable price

and thats why i photocopied the slip of my second one immediately when i got it !

The working lifespan of launch xenon's seem to be 2-3 years before rrod since mine lasted just over 2 years before dying !
