Yes I understand that, which is why I asked since their letter states I only need the one form which they have attached making me think the process is slightly different as it's not really a buy and sell situation.

But filling in a spare form won't kill me, so I'll just do it.

Where the Licensing Department is concerned, it is always worth biting the bullet and having every form filled in!

Take a copy of your ID to. They need one for their records, and they don't make copies for you.
