Buying crypto using Capitec bank transfer

Hi guys, iam looking to buy crypto using bank transfer but i have been seeing last year and i think this year that Capitec is an issue when it comes to doing so using Luno. which i have. Apparently its fine to withdraw from Luno Capitec but in my case i want to buy crypto and send to a wallet.
I am talking 10k maybe.
Im unfamiliar with how decent sites like Kraken or Paxful or Pursa or Zendwallet is...
Any suggestions please for which ever .

I haven't had any issue. Last deposit was more than that and it went seamless. about a month ago

Yeah you need to use the app. The webapp is getting deprecated.

Agreed. Operate from the app and just use the direct Capitec link
