Buying MTN data bundle (prepaid)

I have problem buying data bundle since Friday...
It always say: "your data purchase cannot be processed at this time"
Please help

Seems like there is not solution so far...
MTN call centre did not help much...
I still waiting for the tech department to call me back, but still waiting... since last Friday.

Insider, Do you work for MTN? If so, please amend your pofile. If you are asking for details of number and SIM etc.. via PM.

I can see the problem with buying data bundles has been resolved. However the MTN data people seem to have left my SIM in a mess. Despite asking the guy to fix it and getting promises of just a 2 hour wait - still not working.

Rather than waste further time I have bought another fresh SIM and increased the phantom user-base in the process.:rolleyes:
