Hi Guys

I am looking to buy Windows 7 Ultimate - only the software.

Does anyone know where I can grab a copy at a good price?

no, he said "only the software" so he doesn't want all that DVD and packaging crap.

for a non dsp version downloading online will cost you maybe more than buying from Kalahari delivered ($199 download for home premium which is R1500 odd compared to R1335 delivered to your door from Kalahari) ... just a thought

you can buy my copy...only used once...lol

Apparently there is a tweak that will allow you to install and try ANY version available, as long as you have any of the disks.

From what I can remember is that you need to delete the file "ei.cfg" in the "source(s)" folder off the disc image with a disc image utility.

So Kalahari selling the retail version? I'm asking as it doesn't say if it is the upgrade or full version, or dsp or retail. So it leaves me a bit skeptical on what is being sold exactly.

it is the retail. I bought from them. But digital planet has now got the cheapest. Not sure on their delivery charger

Digital planet price is cheaper, but if you add delivery charges (Jhb) it is more expensive than Kalahari where delivery is free for purchases over R350 I think.
Jhb delivery charge for Digital Planet was just over R200 I think.

Hi Bikerza,

The delivery fee should be knowhere near R200 - it is R60 delivery to JHB...please can you tell me where you saw R200.

Thanks so much!
