Vodacom contacted me to inform me this is under investigation. Not sure what that looks like, but today is day 4 from reported date, and absolutely no difference in speed or lag. This is really pathetic service, and once again lip service to try appease me. All I want is proper service as a customer, but maybe time to consider Afrihost as an option, they already manage my Server for work, and email server, and had nothing but good service from them, plus factor is not tied into any contract, and a one to one with their help desk, who actually help you!!
