Yeah, Adlo, I was thinking the same thing. Anybody seen Sicko yet? Seems regulators have a habit everywhere of going into business with those they ruled positively on later... Even in the health sector... Sick! O!

Okay, now I'm officially confused...
How exactly does this 'empowerment partner/consortium' deal work?
In BCX Benjamin Mophatlane is the CEO for which he is paid hansomely. This I understand. He is also 'part' of Gadlax a BEE company. What does that mean - what money changes hands, what does a BEE consortium/company invest?
This is all in the finance world so it probably makes about as much sense as Bob's Zim fiscal policy... But if anyone can point me to a f**kwits guide to BEE consortia etc I would be greatful!
