C&C Generals: Replay Madness

I am either going officially mad or C&C has tricked me. Why do I say this? Well it is pretty simple... this has happened to me twice now... I would fight a Hard Computer in Zero Hour repetitively until I beat it, and when I win I would save the replay as to splendor at it later. I would then watch the replay and find the first minute or so going down as I recall... but the rest of the replay it seems like my army is not doing anything. The computer then comes to my base and I loose the very game I clearly remember winning. Now, am I going mad and having mental delusions or does C&C have some weird glitch in their replays?

Seems unlikely. I can tell you however, that some of the previous CCs (Tiberium Sun), at LANs, the AI would take over transparently. That way the action on your screen and your buddies screen would not longer correlate.

Have you updated the game to its latest version?

If yes, then maybe all the bugs have been ironed out, so that only leaves that... well, you're going insane
