C.O.D - LAN help

Hi guys
I want to know if its possible, and if yes how, to lan a xbox and a pc so that we can play Call of duty 4. We want to challenge each other but i dont have a xbox and my oponents pc isnt up for it.

I doubt that's possible.

XBOX to XBOX ya.
PC to PC ya.
XBOX to PC... no

I'm sure I saw this on SAIX Gaming forums and the answer was no.

So is there any games a person can play betwen these two platforms
You will think that Microsoft could of sorted this out since both platforms run MS OS`s

Dude, the 2 have 2 very completely different setups.
I haven't seen COD4 on a XBOX but from other games, I bet it looks different in many ways.

I'm saying this all in "don't quote me" style but its best you play on that XBOX community thing and your friend plays on SAIX games

one can only hope that game developers allow cross playing at some time.

There was a push with the Games for Windows thing a while back which let xbox people play with windows machines. Only game I've seen it work with was Shadowrun. I think it needs to be worked into the game from the start of development though, so I don't see it happening for one thats already released
