My experience with C-Way as an Internet Service Provider has been overwhelmingly disappointing. From the outset, the service was plagued with instability and frequent connection issues, making it unreliable for any professional or personal use. Despite raising concerns about the quality of the connection during my time as a customer, the issues were never resolved, leaving me with constant frustration.
The challenges didn’t end there. Upon canceling my service, C-Way's handling of the termination process has been nothing short of a nightmare. Over two years passed without any communication from them regarding outstanding fees, interest charges, or invoices. Then, out of the blue, I received multiple documents on the same day—an invoice, a statement of account, and a final letter of demand. This was the first communication I had received since my cancellation, highlighting a severe lack of professional follow-up on their part.
To add insult to injury, C-Way's approach to correspondence during this dispute has been unprofessional. They accused me of generating “AI emails” without any evidence, which was both baseless and insulting.
Their tone has been unnecessarily combative, focusing more on shifting blame than working collaboratively to resolve the matter. If anyone wants to see the correspondence let me know if I should post it.
I cannot overlook the company’s failure to issue timely reminders or invoices, nor their application of interest charges without prior notification. It’s unfortunate that a company whose name stands for “Christ Will Answer You” fails to uphold the principles and values associated with integrity, accountability, and fairness in their business practices.
I cannot recommend C-Way to anyone seeking reliable internet service or professional customer support. Their poor service quality, unstable connection, and lack of proper communication have made this one of the worst ISP experiences I have ever had.
