I have made a payment for wifi installation on the 14 March 2026 and still i am awaiting for my wifi to be installed . I have tried asking for a refund of my money however the period of days provided passes by and no refund yet to find out my refund has not been lodged . I am being promised a call back but i never get called back . I am phoning multiple times and just being held on the line till it gets dropped . I have tried sending messages on whatsapp with yet to be failed again . I have tried sending emails but still no proper assistance . It is ridiculous with the amount of time you have to spend on the phone with your ISP and the amount of airtime that you have to buy and never getting a simple matter resolved ! Vodacom , your service is awful and your agents are not understanding and clearly do not know what they are doing . Ridiculous , very terrible service !
