Call Centre equipment

Hi
I need help buying equipment that would allow me to have a small call centre,I need just one station,consultant will be calling customers back for orders,say a customer needs a product they sms a code then we call them back (in this case the consultant will call back) what kind of system will I need? Something affordable or say economic,we are not yet big,

Type of computer? Currently we use laptop with 2GB Ram 320 HDD Windows 7 professional
Headsets?
System to get those customers message so we can call back?
Type of airtime to call them back? Now we using my cellphone account and I use unlimited account the R1499 deal,but I want to have something professionalism,

Any set up suggestion?

For your customer interaction use a USSD code, which is all dependant on how many products you are offering as their is limitations.

You can use the aggregators system to run this.

Telecoms, is all dependant on how many calls you envisage making.

Do you need voice recording.

No at the moment I am not looking for recording capabilities,I just need to try the system first and I will reconsider the recording,etc,
