Hi.
Im in the market for a hosted Call Centre solution. There are 21 agents with potential to 50.We are currently using a traditional PBX with a Nashua/Openscape option but is costly and cumbersome. We are growing rapidly and offer services to different Clients and have strict penalties associated. I need a solution that is scaleable, able to work for different country inbound calls ( timezones) and flexibility to route and forward. It must be a service solution and licenses must true up and down based on Client contracts. I need the service provider to also include their connectivity and essentially an end to end service with one throat to choke. We deal with many banks so they must be routed differently and we cannot afford to have the calls mixed.
