We need a mature candidate, with strong people management skills. You will be responsible for the effectiveness and performance of a team. Must be prepared to draw and analyze reports, be proactive and show initiative in all aspects of the job. Be able to negotiate & close deals. You must have a proven track record in sales and overall performance. Must be willing to lead by example, not afraid to jump onto the call and show the sales agent how it’s done!
Key Duties :
1. Responsible for performance management of the team so that productivity of the team is maximised
2. Create a high performance and motivated environment encouraging good team spirit and high energy levels at all times.
3. Training and coaching your team to ensure all requirements are met i.e performance issues, training and quality assurance needs.

• Adhere to campaign structured approach to performance management and improvement including coaching and developing agents
• Conducting Team Meetings
• Setting team objectives and regular review periods

• Support projects and new initiatives across the business
Pre-requisites
• Minimum of 5 years exp as a Telesales Team leader with Cold Calling
• RE 5 Qualification preferred
• Matric is essential
• Insurance Telesales Exp will be an advantage
• Proven track record of managing people
• Coaching experience is a must
• Draw and analyse reports
We are offering a min basic of 7.5k + Commission. This is a permanent post with a 3 month probationary period, they have the option of taking a medical aid plan with the group scheme, however this is taken out of their cost to Company package after a year service.
