I think that everyone is missing the crucial question here. How old is OP and how old is the GF?
If she is under 20/21 and acting this way, it is not entirely unexpected, depending on how he has handled his break up and moving-on phase.
The closer she gets to 21, the less you would expect this behavior to be present. Sure, in my 30's I would just laugh at the girl acting like this. In my very early 20's I might be inclined to put some effort into sorting the issues out.
