Call to refund e-toll users

Those who had paid money towards their e-toll bill should be refunded and e-tolling should be scrapped, the Federation of Unions of SA has said.

“E-tolling should never have been implemented.”

.. and people should never have agreed to pay for it.

Refunding to me is more about hurting the concept e-tolls even further than people who supported it deserving to get their money back.
