Caller Tunes

A colleague of mine gave someone else his phone to use, and that person put her own SIM card in the phone. When she gave it back, my colleague put his SIM card back in, but now every time someone phones him, instead of the normal ringtone, they hear some crappy tune. How can this be removed and set back to the standard ring?

NOTE: This is not the ringtone, but what the person hears who is calling.

Anyone have a solution to this?? A lady at my work is struggling to take her caller tune off as everyone that phones her thinks there is a crossed line somewhere.

Had this problem when i took over someones phone number at work, only way I could get it switched off was to phone MTN (and it took a few calls)...
