Calling 10210 from a cellphone

Hi,

Anyone know how to log a 'fault' to Telkom that would normally have been via 10210 and I don't have a telkom landline @ home to log it against that number.

Their Corporate call centre gave me 0123112473, that goes to a mailbox, calling the Telkom store @ Clearwater went to a mailbox

Oh pls remind me again why I am not with Telkom???

My issue is the Telkom cable from the pole to my house which has not been used for 10yrs has now sagged / dropped into my garden.

Would love to just cut it but scared that there may be some current going through it,

I did that over 3 years ago still no issues.

Problem will come when you need an installation in future you will probably be charged for a new installation and not only reconnection fee.
 
Did you just literally cut the Telkom cable from the pole?

I doubt I will ever be using Telkom in the future and the chances they will come assist a 'non' Telkom customer to sort their cable out will be small

You can cut it, its only a few volts going through it.
