Vodacom’s Calling line ID Presentation CLIP charge it’s a daylight robbery. Why other network providers don’t charge for it

They had it in 2002 when I got my first contract with them. So to whomever said they never had it 15 years ago is mistaken.
Yes prepaid has never had it, and Telkom generally removes it.
