mc721221, I've been trying to get hold of you over the last few days to discuss this posting by yourself:
"It's nice to know that I have at least 15 emails that remain unanswered by your support department over the last month??"
I'm concerned that your voice mail, office phone, e-mail and private messages are not working as I've left numerous messages, pm's and e-mails for you to please contact us to discuss your comment above.
I noticed you're still posting, so apologies for using this method to contact you. Please respond to my mails, if you don't mind. I'd like to resolve any outstanding problems you might have.
Your last comment to our technician when he visited you 3 days ago, at your office, was that your service is fine and you're getting 280Kb/s throughput. Like to either put this to bed or fix anything outstanding.
