I would just like share some figures with you and see if im wrong in my rates.
First off, a great site to calculate distances between places

If you want to calculate your rate per km I would suggest going to the AA site. Signup as a member (Free, quick and easy). Then they have an automated calculator.
For my 2003 1.6 Corolla:
Average Fixed Cost (R/Km) R2.36
Average Running Cost (R/Km) R1.16
Total AA Rate (R/Km) R3.52
Now I live in Hartbeespoort. I get many calls from Rustenburg. The site calculates that at 66km
R3.52 x 66km = 232.32
But now that is there and not back, so double it comes to R464.64
Does one charge a client R464.64 per call-out?
