Calls goes through but no connection!

So the wheel turns. 2 years ago I migrated to CellC because the Vodacom network in Centurion was getting so saturated that every second call you receive the call would go through, but you can't hear the person on the other side.

For the last 3 months it's been gradually happening more and more on CellC, and this week it's also every damn second call. Not the phone, already tried swapping it into another phone. Suggestions where to go to from here?
