Calls not comming through on 3Gs

I have been having some issues lately. I will receive an sms saying I got a missed call and that I have a voice mail. However, my phone did not ring and the person phoning says that the call went straight to voicemail. any one else experiencing this?

Not sure if the iphone has the divert option like the nokias.
 
This happens on many smartphones actually. Your phone temporarily loses signal, which is when the call comes in. As a result it goes straight to voicemail and you get a missed call

Not what I wanted to hear, I wish I heard that the glass shattered but the phone is still going strong....:confused:

Oh well atleast thats some good news.

I can add some more good news to that. Last night my wife dropped a whole glass of juice on my iPhone. Unbelievably EVERYTHING is working fine :D yes I had a Capdase cover and a screen protector on the front, but I am still amazed. Most other phones would have just crashed if liquid spilt all over it.

PS. Still wondering if it was an 'accident' by my wife (considering lots of my time is dedicated to fiddling with my iPhone) ;)

Ha Ha! Yep, well there's actually a rubber seal all around the rim of the iPhone which helps a lot with that. Luckily it's still alright yep!

Yeah I was pretty impressed. The only part I was worried about was the earpiece. Because the front screen protector does not cover that. I feared that the liquid may cause a problem there. But I immediately made a test call and I could hear the other side fine :D
 
Well, should get my phone back this afternoon. Really glad cause using my old xperia is a pain the @@##.
