Use the right light* and you shouldn't have to do much.

*the right light can actually be very harsh light if the circumstances dictate.

True - but I think there are things that lighting can't fix and it's great to enhance slightly. I generally do a slight whitening on eyes and teeth, smoothing on the skin, sometimes widen the eyes, fuller and darker lips.

This particular photo I did all the above - as well as reddened her hair - and popped to PSE for more blur and contrast. Without commenting on the subject herself - do you think I over did it .. or does it look fairly natural?
