i am down this morning...dunno why. is it only me?
dunno if MrBeep is around this weekend.
 
Did you email through your proof of payment in time?
 
emailed them on 24 April.
btw if that is the case it will be the third time they failed to check my proof of payment!
 
They allocated all of the data that I downloaded last night, to THIS month! ****!

I forgot to turn off my account before midnight, but there was an 'admin-reset' at 00:08 on the 1st May 2008 ... so all of the data is now allocated to MAY, and I am already CAPPED!

This is rubbish!!!

I activated my account now (paid with credit card) and the credentials they sent me don't work. This is the second time this has happened to me. I've already emailed support.


edit: It managed to connect now. It seems it took about 15mins to activate after I got the confirmation email.

Accounts take up to 20 minutes to activate through Telkoms network.

If you are still experiencing problems, please email [email protected]

MrBeep can u guys in future email receipts to us after payments are received so we don't have the same problem happening again?

...getting access denied. On Debit, which did go through. Guess i'm waiting for support via mail then :)
