Can anyone ping slower than me???

So did you get your modem and orange t-shirt?...:D

Ok, had a test run with another modem. This time the desktop version. It was a bit better but only marginally. My pings were in the region of 8000-10000ms. Downloads a bit faster than a dialup line. The improvement should be due to slightly more powerful radio on the modem but in general this proves that there is nothing wrong with my card. Over an year ago I was getting around 300ms and almost 900kbps download speeds at the same location. And as I travel around with the card the speeds at different spots are just getting worse from what it used to be before. Anyway, Ronald thanks for the test modem. At least it's clear that it's not my card causing this.
 
After everyone was having problems this morning, seems like the iBurst network came back just know. Obviously most people still haven't realised it yet. My browsing is very fast right now DURING THE DAY and some ping tests as well:

The above just proves again that there is nothing wrong with my eqipment but the iBurst network or the particular tower is oversubscribed and overutilised. That's why the rest of the days my speed is crap!
 
Internet is working but only parts of it a lot of international sites are still not reachable does anyone know what's happened with the network

Have improved speeds today in range 200kbps. That's better than dial-up. :D
