can i ask ISP about for tracking info ??

my boss son capped his 3Gb account in 2 days, Now he wants me to phone ISP and track the websites visited, Can the ISP also track the mac address of the machine ? what else should i ask them to track ?
 
They can probably tell you how much bandwidth was used per hour or so but the sites visited I think you'd have to monitor that your side.

Ja, just go onto the kids computer and look at the Browser History. That should give you a list of all the sites he visited... unless he had already wiped that info.
 
checked and he has a clued up son everythings gone deleted !!!

All hope is not lost, if he's been pulling thet amountof data, like you say, then it must still be there.... How old is this kid?

He might be hiding the stuff, either with something like truecrypt, or enlarging the white space of the drive and hiding it there... I have forensic softwhere he that will vaccuum the drive and get what you need, but it comes at a price, so I don't think it's worth that much trouble...
