Can i sign a contract fromTelkom Agent?

Hi,everyone,
I was interested in the promotion hold by TElkom agent in the shopping mall last week.
And second day,they sent a guys to help me to test the speed,and filled the form,about 3days later,i was told approved,and waiting for delivery.

Anyone has the same experience?i wander
if there is something about bill or signal in future,can i go to the Telkom directly or just contact agent only?

In certain case they are trying to turn around things. I also had good experience from a Telkom shop.

Thanks for your reply,i signed 50G+50G Night surf for R699, it must be used up within 30days?or can be used next month?

Typically if you sign a contract that is a data allocation per month for the period of the contract, it wont carry over unused data.

Also beware of out of bundle rates if it doesnt cut you off after you have depleted it.

They throttle you down to 384kbps, when you exceed you cap's. Might be even slower?

You also will get pro-rata data depends when you start using your device.
If you get billed more than the R699 then you know pro-rata kicked in.
