So the "LB" button on my xbox360 controller has stopped working, no misuse or dropping, it just doesn't work anymore. I bought it just under a year ago at Incredible Corruption, can I take it back? What do you guys think I should do?

Mebbe phone MS just to get a response ..... personally, I think you aint gonna get any break. It's almost a year old, it's been used, things break ....... accept it and maybe ask maestro about it or just buy a new one.

Do you know how I would go about opening it, it isn't a normal screw.

eish, not me bru ....... that's why I suggested having a chinwag with maestro, he does that type of thing on a professional basis ;)

Maybe I should take it to game and say I lost the slip? They easy with that type of thing.

It's not a normal screw no but you can still use a small star or phillips head screwdriver to open it up. It's a year old, I'd just pop it open, lift the button up and clean whatever crap has gathered there over the past year.

Ok so I got all the screws out but now it's still difficult to get open ( I don't want to snap the housing) am I missing something?

I haven't opened mine up but from what I can see, just unscrewing the screws isn't gonna loosen the housing. What I'd do is take a flathead screwdriver and GENTLY pry it open until it clicks out of place.

DISCLAIMER: I take no responsibility if you bugger it up.

just dont damage those metal contact springy things in the bottom of the battery housing

I still can't get it open though, maybe I should wait until maestro comes online. When it's open I'll know what to do. It's hard to explain but I know, I just don't know how to get it completely open.

I figured someone would say google but I'm capped. Will check it out tomorrow morning. Thanks for the help though.
