Can IS offer local BW seperately?

Hi,

Can / could IS offer their 30G local BW seperately monitored to the international BW?

i.e. keep the cap away from local usage.

This is with reference to their new packages on offer from 01/11/2005.

Yes they could, but they dont.

All local/international will count to your initial international cap.
