lol so what settings does one use in outlook then? surely there has to be alternative settings. my gosh if I knew this I would not have even bothered getting rain

I have no idea what you can do.

I do not know if anyone in SA offers a solution to this problem.

Use the correct e-mail address you used to sign up with? Have you ever received e-mail from rain when you signed up and then now and then e-mails about the bill approaching. If not, you signed up with a different or miss-typed address.

If yes, hopefully rain support will be able to assist you via ID number (and no, do NOT post you ID number here, we are not rain support).

By you giving them your gmail or yahoo or outlook or whatever other domain e-mail address, which is also your account username.
