Residential electricity use is around 22% of ALL consumption but De Ruyter loadshedding is more at night, on weekends, and in holidays

Planned maintenance means exactly that...it is
planned...not executed.
Planned maintenance is simply a way to create the shortfall to execute loadshedding. And that is why the same units break over and over
