Can someone on the forums from MTN please help if there is anyone
If someone one here perhaps knows someone over there that can help, my post is about my tablet and a friends tablet, but 2 other friends of mine have now also called in for the special and have received calls back both of them today saying it has been approved, now I'm still the one stuck without a tablet or any service from MTN and all of my friends. If someone might be able to help, I would greatly appreciate it.
I have been a client of MTN for many years now, I currently have 4 contracts with them and spend on average R1500 per month, I would surely see that this qualifies me as an existing customer to get some type of service. I have called MTN Direct at the beginning of this week, to place an order for the Huawei Ideos S7 Slim tablet on the Anytime 100 contract for R99 per month (top up type), the afternoon I told one of my friends about the offer and referred them to you. That afternoon before 4pm he got a call stating that his was approved, and they delivered his device early this morning at 08h00. I called the following day after the application to follow up, I was told there was a backlog and that my application is in the queue, still at the vet department. I have followed up each day of this week now, and every time the consultants are either rude with me or make empty promises that it would be approved before 12pm. I called this morning (friday) and still it's at the vet department and not approved yet. Why has my friend who placed his order many hours after me, already received his tablet and mine is not approved yet.
