You're on a 4mbps connection at the moment and the most your line can attain (using current technology) is 23580kbps. Upstream your line can handle 1220kbps

Interesting that your line syncs at 4095kbps down and 507kbps up.

thanks, what is the correct sync values then?
 
4096 and 512

the attainable speed is what your line could achieve in theory based on SNR.
