I say it can't, it is underwear.. My wife says it can, it is 'special' underwear.. I didn't ask what 'special' means...

Anyway, here is the Return Policy extract from said store where I bought it which does not help to clarify anything to settle this:

"For Hygiene reasons we cannot return some items such as potties, toilet trainers, breast pumps etc."

The 'etc.' strikes me as odd.. Rather vague, and an open door for them to have an out on returning some products..

By my reasoning, this would fall under etc, being that is underwear and my wife argues that it is not stated so it is returnable...

Well,their returns policy doesn't state underwear,it states any items that may come near specific areas of the anatomy,assuming this item also goes near one of those areas? Well there's your answer
