Can Vox get its big acquisition right?

Sounds like Vox is competing with iburst, all they need to do now is get the accounts dept to bill incorrectly and they'll be right up there!

But seriously, VOX sounds like such a rip off.
 
Virtually every database out there has a "lowercase" function or the ability to select and convert to lowercase. Why was this even a problem?
 
It seems like they're patting themselves on the back for resolving this issue - puzzling. I don't think their frustrated clients would be doing the same.
