For example let say at a congregation of permanent customer base where everybody is happy to do business with each other and truth the system like a church.

Where do you get a “banking software” that comes with a app and everybody would transfer some of they money in to the church bank, reason is for supporting the commerce in the church and the church itself .Pay for tee, news paper and giving donations may be paying for some books at this church online store with this app.

Or can it be done with membership cards, loyalty card and coupons?
 
The problem with this kind of thing is you have to spend real world money to buy the tea, newspapers etc... Then you get the virtual money in return.

It's a nice idea but it's hard to swing unless your trading in something where your selling your time.
 
Yes, bitcoin is open source, fork it, install it, run it.

It is easy to do, you can get BaaS (BlockChains as a Service) from Azure and even AWS I think.
 
Of course and there are many, but why would you want to?

Besides, etheruem is where its at.
