Internet at work is really fast!

According to Netflix that still isn't fast enough for 4k :(

I can on 4Mbps, but if it buffers every two seconds, then I don't think you can call it streaming.

Broadband in South Africa is defined as 256kbps, small wonder. If the definition of broadband were changed to say 21Mbps, you would see telcos scrambling to do something about their speeds.

The only thing smaller than that percentage is the percentage of people that care about 4K

Boradband worldwide is defined of a connection of at least 256kbps.

Just tried streaming a YouTube video at 4k. Caught up to the buffering portion in 48 seconds. Was doing so well :p

I have no streaming issues at all - although we have two 100mbit fibre links. :D

Well that almost seems unnecessary :p That for a large corporation? Or have you somehow gone completely overkill on your house? :p

Fastest I've used so far is still the internet at the University of Johannesburg. When I was there 2 years ago they had a 10gbps local and 1gbps international >.< Needless to say, the 100mbps network connections caused a bit of a bottleneck :)

Why 4K though? Don't you need an epic screen size to benefit from that resolution?
