This track is one the fastest around, with 4 points where the cars reach 300Km/h+:D

If Ferrari is suffering some engine cooling issues following other cars, then this track should exploit it! One other thing is that "wall of champions", can you imagine if Hamilton smashes his car there? Even more people will say he going to win the championship.

Now, does anyone have a way to speed up time?:D

Alonso seems to be in the front running after today's practice sessions

This track is shocking and should either be shut down or redesigned/resurfaced.

The fact that it was on DSTV or at 1AM on SABC will mean I wont be watching it. I havent watched a GP since the start of 2006 after a decade of non-stop watching.

Lol - Yeah, I agree completely, unfortunately for me I am married to someone who loves TV, so i decided to pay multichoice... so the spinoff is the GP gets watched. MAN that was some shunt today... horrible accident. Can't believe he just broke a leg.

Hamilton FTW!!!

Er, Montreal, Canada is currently 6 hours behind us. The Canadian GP started at 19h00 our time. Granted, it was shown on DSTV. Can't you record the SABC delayed broadcast?

Same here, well, almost a decade for me...

Sundays just aren't the same without it... :(

Same :(

But hey.. atleast we got A1 *yay*

 I can't believe you just said that :p

Anyways, what happened to Button? He is listed as "No Laps Done" ? Did he crash of the start?

Also, WTF is up with sato in the points? How did that happen?

Heck he even passed Alonso :D.

Super Aguri is using last years Honda chassis (they are the Honda B team) which was actually a pretty good design compared to the crapfest known as the 2007 Honda.

Also can't believe it, News24 report said he was shaken up like a rag doll ... good description, I was sure the chap was going to sustain major injuries. I think those F1 safety engineers can pat themselves on the back.

He was shaken up like a rag doll in the car as it flew in all directions and was lifted from the car by medical staff, but 20 minutes later an official statement said he was "stable" in the circuit medical centre.

His manager then added that he was conscious and talking, much to the relief of a huge crowd at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve where they witnessed a dramatic incident-filled race.

It was later reported that he had a broken leg.
