Hi
Not wanting to load R500 onto a new prepaid sim and then finding it didn't work, I loaded R15 and got a 10gb data bundle on my new E620 datacard.
I now read on the forums that I am stuck on the 10mb bundle for a month and it seems would therefore pay out-of-bundle rates for all data over 10mb. I have already loaded the cash for the 1gb data bundle onto the sim but can't load a 1gb bundle as I have the 10mb bundle.
What are my options ? How can I cancel the 10mb and replace with a 1gb?
Thanks.

You gotta wait my friend.
Or get a new sim and tranfer the money me2u. I am not sure how it works though. But i am sure you can do that

AFAIK you are allowed to buy bigger bundles within the month but there is a restriction on buying a smaller or equal bundle in that period.

Basically, if the IVR gives you the option for 1GB it means it is available and you will be able to load it.

Give it a try - you won't lose your money. *holds thumbs*

no! you have to wait it out. or transfer the money to another sim.

that's why VM wins on this point. 50c/mb as and when you wish. if only they could get their network to work properly.

10gig for R15 ? Is this a typo?

Yes sorry - not used to dealing in mb......reminds me of the old days 1mb ram in a 386 - very cutting edge....
